2. Prices, Taxes & Payments
2.1 Prices are displayed in EUR. Where VAT is applicable, it is indicated at checkout and included in the price.

3. Orders, Availability, Production
3.1 Limited production runs; items may sell out or be unavailable.
3.2 Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email.
3.3 Estimated timeline: 6–8 weeks for production and delivery from confirmation. External factors (e.g., customs, carrier disruptions, force majeure) may extend this period. We will update you when relevant.

4. Delivery, Risk & Title
4.1 Delivery is conducted via reputable carriers. Import duties/taxes outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
4.2 Risk and title transfer upon delivery when you (or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
5.1 If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of delivery without giving any reason.
5.2 You must send the goods back within 14 days from notifying us of withdrawal.
5.3 Condition of returns: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.
5.4 Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item is defective or wrong.
5.5 Refunds: product price (and any standard-rate original shipping) after inspection, within 14 days of our receipt of the return (we may withhold refund until we receive the goods or proof of return).

6. Conformity & Legal Guarantee
6.1 Goods must conform to the contract. If a lack of conformity appears within two (2) years from delivery, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. If this is impossible or disproportionate, you may request an appropriate price reduction or a refund. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal and intended use. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, negligence, alterations, or normal wear and tear. After six (6) months from delivery, the customer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.

7. Exchanges
7.1 For a different size/model, please use the withdrawal process and place a new order.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All designs, logos, images, videos, and texts on the Site are owned by 1058.

9. Liability
9.1 We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful (including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Force Majeure
10.1 We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions, major carrier disruptions).
